All you need to know about registering your child.

Registration Information

Fundraising Fee:

Each family will be assessed a $50 fundraising fee which will include raffle tickets.  These tickets are yours to sell or put your name on them.  Raffle will be drawn at our Homecoming Game.  All tickets will be due and collected prior to that Saturday.

When does the season start?

Official practice starts Monday, July 29th!  We practice on the field behind Hamilton Holmes Middle School. Parents may park in the Aquinton Elementary School parking lot or the HHMS bus loop. As a reminder we practice on school grounds. There is no tobacco products including vaping allowed. Board members will ask you kindly not to use these products on the field. 

  •  Football Practices will be five (5) nights a week (Mon-Fri) from 6 - 8pm until school starts. There could be an occasional Saturday morning practice if there is inclement weather or if practices are cancelled during the summer. This varies per team and per caoches.   Once schools start practices will be only three (3) nights a week (Mon-Tues-Thurs nights).During the school year practice days may change due to weather at the coaches discretion, parents will be notifed in advance. 
  • CHEER Practices will be three (3) nights a week (Tues-Thurs) from 6:30-8pm until school starts. Once schools start practices will be two (2) nights a week (Tues and Thurs) 6:30-7:30/8PM (Additional practices may be added prior to Homecoming and the Cheer Expo, families will be notified accordingly. 

When are games?

Games will be on Saturdays.  Our first game will be on Saturday, August 24th for Football and Cheer! 
Home games for the 2024 Season will be held at King William High School! Games start with Flag, once MEtro finalizes the schedule the team Moms will inform families. 

What is the cost? Registration Fees are NON-RETURNABLE.

  • 6U FLAG - $125.00 (COED) ($175 in total to include raffle tickets)
  • 8U Tackle - $175.00 ($225.00 in total to include raffle tickets)
  • 10U Tackle - $175.00 ($225.00 in total to include raffle tickets)
  • 12U Tackle - $175.00 ( $225.00 in total to include raffle tickets)
  • 6U-12U Cheer - $175.00 ($225.00 in total to include raffle tickets)
    • 10U-14U GIRL’S FLAG $125.00 ($175.00 in total to include raffle tickets)

What division does my child play?

The division is based on your child’s age as of July 31st. Excluding girls flag, child's age will be based as of January 1st.   Ex. If you child turns 9 on October 1, 2024, they would register for 8U division.  If you child turns 5 on July 30, 2024, they would be eligible to register for 6U.

10U (Ages 9 & 10)
12U (Ages 11 & 12)

14U (Ages 13 & 14)

Ages Cheer:
6U (Ages 5 & 6)

  1. What is NEEDED?
    • DMV ID
      • DMV ID is required for all football players.This is a league requirement and is needed at every game for player check in.Your players ID will be submitted to the Registration Director and held until the end of the season and returned at equipment return.Acceptable IDs are DMV, Military or Tribal ID.Ids are REQUIRED before the athlete can be rostered on a team.Without a permissible ID your athlete will be NOT be allowed to play.
    • Shoulder Pads (Tackle Only)
    • Black 5 Padded Game Pants
    • 5 Padded Practice Pants ( Any color for practice ONLY)
    • Practice Jersey
    • Cleats
    • Water Bottle
    • Additional mouthpieces, KWYFCA will provide ONE mouthpiece at the beginning of the season ONLY, paretns will be responsible for prociding additional ones throughout the season. 
    • What is provided?
      • Rental uniform ($100 refundable deposit is required)
      • Spirit Pack (includes: vest, bloomers, hair bows, cheer shoes)
    • What is NEEDED?
      • Black leggings
      • White No Show Socks
      • Sneakers /Shorts / Tshirt / Hair tie/bow for Practices
      • Water bottle

    • Game Jersey
    • One (1) Mouthpiece
    • Flags
